It's a start
I recieved a phone call this afternoon from the editor of American Family Magazine. They are using my article for their October issue. The article is a do-it-yourself on how to remodle your front porch. It is only a 400 word article but quite informative. The editor did give me some good advice on breaking into the writing field. I am encouraged by this but also challenged to persue the craft at a new level. As a new writer I have alot to learn and a long road ahead of me. This small publication is no where near where my ultimate writing goals are, but it's a start.
